- Consumer Agreement
- Consumer/Purchaser hereby releases Josh Skehan Productions (a.k.a. JSP), its associates, successors, agents, licenses, customers and assigns from any and all claims for damages, libel, slander, invasion of the right of privacy, infringement, or any other claim based on the use and/or production of said material. Consumer/Purchaser will relinquish and give to JSP all rights they may have in the finished pictures, videos, DVD?s, negatives, reproductions, and copies of the original prints and negatives, and Consumer/Purchaser grants JSP the right to profit from, give, sell, transfer, and exhibit the negatives, original prints, videos, copies, DVD?s and facsimiles thereof to any individual, business firm, or publication, or to any of their assignees and to circulate the same for any and all purposes and in any matter, including publications and advertisements of all kinds in media.
- Shipping & Delivery
- PLEASE ALLOW 4-6 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY. Any material that is delivered to client, be it by hand, may be delivered by U.S. Mail, Fed-Ex, UPS or any other delivery contractor or method. JSP is not responsible for any lost and/or damaged property while out of JSP possession.
- Warranties
- 30 Day Warranty! WITH PROOF OF PURCHASE, EXCHANGES WILL BE MADE TO DVD's THAT DO NOT WORK CORRECTLY OR ARE DAMAGED DUE TO DEFECTS IN WORKMANSHIP OR PARTS. YOU MAY REQUEST AN EXCHANGE UP TO THIRTY DAYS AFTER THE DATE YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER. YOU MAY BE ASKED TO RETURN THE PRODUCT FOR INSPECTION BEFORE EXCHANGE CAN OCCUR. NO REFUNDS.
